Component Management Control

Renders overlay UI that menus open with addComponent (style editor, layer detail, dataset detail, attribute table, …). Required next to LayerControl / IdentifyControl / DatasetControl if those menus should show dialogs.

Events: none. Closing a dialog calls the store removeComponent internally.
